Viking-Glass.com is where we are building a website to help collectors identify and value viking glass items. We purchased a 1958 Viking Glass Co. catalog and will be scanning and publishing it on the site.  The catalog pictures and pictures from current auction sales will help novice collectors identify what kind of Viking glass they have and provide a good estimate of value.  Compared to many of the art glass categories Viking glass seems to be very "clean" with few irrelevant results from searches.

Vaseling-Glass.com is the website where we have started to publish pictures of vaseling glass.  We have a few pieces we in our own collection and we will be incorporating pictures of those plus pictures and text from selected Ebay auctions into the website.  By doing that we give novice collectors help quickly identifying the glass they have and a method to determine it's value.

Toothpick holders make a good theme crossover product for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) purposes.  Because they were made from glass, silver, porcelain, and other materials it is easy to creats on-topic links to non-glass sites.  For example, if I also have a porcelain figurine site, I can link to it from a page on the toothpick site which features porcelain toothpicks.

ToothpickHolders.org is the website we are building to help visitors identify and value toothpick holders.  We will be publishing pictures of toothpick holders from our own collection. We will also set up automated searchs with filters of current Ebay auctions.  This organization and the auction pictures should help novice visitors quickly identify their toothpick holders.  Once they know exactly what they have they can follow auctions for identical items and see what they sell for.

Slag-Glass.com is where we will be publishing photos of our own slag glass collection and setting up categories to showcase preselected and prefiltered auction results.  Our goal is to build a site where it is easy for the novice glass collector to identify what glass they have, and get a good idea of what it is worth.

Sometimes it is applied to the whole surface. When it is only applied to a part of the object it will probably be called etched glass. On Ebay a search for "satin glass" returns confusing results because there are a lot of products with the words "glass" and "satin" in their titles that are not really the art glass we are looking for.

Satin-Glass.com is the website where we plan to publish information that will help with the identification and valuation of sating glass. We think we can incorporate filters into our automated searches which will eliminate most of the irrelevant items.

Rainbow-Glass.net is the website where we have started working on identification and valuation for Rainbow Glass Co. products.  We have purchased some of their old catalogs and will be publishing those as soon as possible.  We will also be adding pages with examples from our collection and current sales to help with the identification and valuation process.

They were especially known for their cranberry glass items. We have acquired one of their catalogs and published it on Pilgrim-Glass.com.

The Pligrim glass site also shows examples of several cranberry glass items and identifies the three kinds of labels Pilgrim used to mark some of their glass.  They started making glass animals and other novelty glass items in the Venetian tradition in the 1950's when they hired two Italian brothers who had trained at the Maurino glass works in Italy.

Pilgrim glass closed in 2001 so their catalogs are still easy to obtain and were done in full color.  Combine that with an active market on Ebay and it should be possible to build a good website that helps visitors identify their Pilgrim glass and also get a good idea of it's value.

It was coined by one manufacturer for their line of products.  When that proved popular  other manufactures applied the name to their version, but used the same name.  So you can have "peach blow" glass that really doesn't look much the same at all.

There is also some confusion on wheither the correct term is "peach blow", or "peachblow".  To be effective searches really need to include both variations.

Peach-Blow.com is the website where we are building out our pages and searches to facilitate peach blow identification and valuation research.  The combination of random manufacturing, seller ignorance, and keyword stuffing makes it a challenging arena.

Milk-Glass.org is the website where we have started to define the organization and assemble the examples of milk glass we need to provide a site where visitors can identify their milk glass items and find out it they are something special with real value.
