Milk glass has probably been made at some point by every glass manufacturer who ever opened their doors for business. Much of the production is unlabeled and created for the wholesale market. For example, florists need vases for the cut flowers they sell. Their need is for cheap but attractive vases and milk glass can do that. However, there are also high end milk glass collectibles, which is what we are intereted in.
Milk-Glass.org is the website where we have started to define the organization and assemble the examples of milk glass we need to provide a site where visitors can identify their milk glass items and find out it they are something special with real value.
